JUDGMENT On 18th November, 2018 plaintiff herein instituted the instant action in his capacity as the Administrator of the Estate of Halilu Buhari a.k.a. Hausa Buhari (deceased). By a further amended writ of summons filed on the 9th June, 2020 Plaintiff is claiming the following reliefs: a) Declaration of title to House No. 18/20 Sekondi Zongo on Plot No. 37, Sekondi Zongo Layout. b) An Order that the Defendant is not a descendant of Baba Halilu and not a member of the family of Halilu Buhari. c) An Order setting aside the Judgment of the District Court, Sekondi dated the 2nd February, 1995 as fraudulent procured by the Defendant. d) An Order for recovery of possession of House No. 18/20, Sekondi Zongo on Plot No. 37 or alternatively an order against Defendant to hand over the house to the Plaintiff as the Administrator of the Estate of Halilu Buhari a.k.a.
