JUDGMENT On 9th February, 2017 Plaintiff herein issued out a Writ of Summons against Kofi Ansah and Ishmael Gillie Carson claiming the following reliefs: - i. A declaration that the document purported to be the Will of Mrs. Aba Kwansema Attumbu Asare dated 31st March, 2014 is invalid. ii. An order to set aside the probate granted to the said purported Will on 9th December, 2016. iii. A declaration that the document dated 11th May, 2011 and executed by the deceased is the true and Last Will of Mrs. Aba Kwansema Attumbu Asare. iv. An order admitting the Will of Mrs. Aba Kwansema Attumbu Asare dated 11th May, 2011 to probate. The writ was issued after the High Court granted probate of the Last Will and Testament of Mrs. Agness Aba Kwansema Attumbu Asare (deceased) to the Defendants, executors of the will.
