JUDGMENT By a writ of summons and statement of claim dated 29th October, 2021 Plaintiff herein instituted action against the Defendant claiming the following reliefs: a) A declaration of title to all those pieces and parcel of land situate and lying at North West Ntankorful Planning Scheme and particularly known per the Site Plan as Plot Nos. 1-8, 27-38, 39-49, D.C.C, Community Park, Hotel and Plantations. b) An order for the recovery of possession of the lands stated in paragraph (a). c) Damages for Breach of Contract d) Perpetual injunction directed at the Defendant, his assigns, successors, heirs. e) Costs.
