RULING This ruling is in respect of a caveat filed by the Caveators herein against the grant of Letters of Administration with Will Annex applied by the Applicants herein. Applicants’ case is that they are children of the testator and that the other children of the testator are Edwin Kojo Jones, Roberts Ben Jones (now deceased), Isaac Ntsim Jones and Cadiel Tawiah Jones. Applicants’ application for Letters of Administration with Will annex is hinged on the fact that they are beneficiaries of the Will of their late father and that they should be granted letters of administration so that they would legitimately have their share of their father’s estate. It is their contention that since the death of their father on 2nd July, 1986 they have not gone through the process for their share of the property to be given to them per their father’s Will.
