JUDGMENT This is an appeal from the judgment of the District Court, Takoradi dated 22nd February, 2023. The Plaintiff/Appellant (hereinafter called the “Plaintiff”), instituted action before the District Court Takoradi on 10th May, 2022 against the Defendant/Respondent (hereinafter called the “Defendant”) for the following reliefs: (a) The cost of the 2005 Toyota Corolla Sedan Car at Gh₵35,000.00 (b) The loss of sales of Gh₵60.00 per day from the 7th January 2022 till date of final payment less salary at Gh₵250.00 per month. (c) Cost including attorney fees having regard to the Ghana Bar Association scale of fees. (d) Any other order(s) as this Honourable Court may deem fit.
