JUDGMENT On the 15/03/2022, the Plaintiff filed a Writ of Summons together with a Statement of Claim against the Defendants, claiming against the Defendants jointly and severally the following reliefs; a) An order that the Plaintiff’s house, the stability of which has been seriously compromised by the Defendants, be valued and the cost paid by the Defendants to the Plaintiff. b) Costs including legal fees. PLAINTIFF’S CASE Plaintiff’s case as captured in her writ of summons and statement of claim is that she is a prophetess and ordinarily resident at Anto Aboso, near Asorkor in the Western Region of the Republic of Ghana.
