JUDGMENT On 30th January, 2019 Plaintiff herein instituted this present action against the Defendant claiming the following reliefs: i. Payment of compensation for the injuries suffered by the Plaintiff in the course of his employment with the Defendant Company. ii. Payment of all the expenses incurred by the Plaintiff as a result of the injuries suffered. The Defendant entered appearance, filed its defence and the suit took its normal cause. Plaintiff’s Case Plaintiff’s case is reflected in his pleadings and his witness statement. It is Plaintiff’s case that he was an employee of the Defendant Company having been employed on 21st February, 2013 as a dump truck operator and was stationed at Nzema site near Salman.
