NANA KWADU KYEREFO II vs. WASSA FIASE TRADITIONAL COUNCIL

JUDGMENT By an amended Writ of Summons filed on the 10th November 2021 Plaintiff claim against the Defendant the following reliefs: a. A declaration that the 23rd of November 2017 decision made by the Defendant to rotate the position of acting president of Defendant was done without any lawful authority and the same was null and void. b. A declaration that Plaintiff by virtue of his registration in the national register of chiefs as the senior divisional chief of Wassa Fiase, he is by law acting president of the Defendant in the absence of the President of the Defendant. c. A declaration that the decision by Defendant to allow Nana Kwesi Attobra II to act as Interim President of Defendant whilst Plaintiff remains senior divisional chief is unlawful, null and void. d. An order directed at the Registrar of the Defendant to take instruction from Plaintiff in the exercise of his duty for and on behalf of Defendant. e.
