ABENA ADOMA AND ABENA ATAA vs. RICHARD OWUSU MENSAH
JUDGMENT The plaintiffs suing for themselves and their siblings, seek for the following reliefs against the defendant, a businessman: - a) A declaration that the property in dispute and any development thereon belongs to plaintiff and their siblings as beneficiaries of the last Will and testament of Opanin Joseph Charles Owusu. b) A declaration that the defendant has spent and exceeded the period agreed for him to remain and benefit from the property in issue having done so for more than 20 years. c) An order of the court compelling defendant to yield vacant possession of the property in dispute to the plaintiffs and siblings. d) Cost of the litigation including solicitors’ fees. e) Any order(s) the honourable Court deems fit in the circumstance.
