JUDGMENT The plaintiff herein instituted this action on 03/11/22 against the defendant claiming the following reliefs: a. An order of the honorable court compelling defendant to supply plaintiff with outstanding 451 bags of CIMAF Cement out of 3,600 cement plaintiff ordered from CIMAF cement Company through defendant’s account on 2nd September 2022. b.
