JUDGMENT On the 5th of December 2022, the Applicants filed a motion before this court. The motion is praying the court for an order of committal to commit the Respondents herein to prison for contempt of the judgment of the Circuit Court, dated 20th September 2022 in suit number C4/24/16 entitled; ISAAC ADDO, MESSIAH ANKRAH v. MARY ANKRAH, DEBORAH ANKRAH, ABIGAIL ANKRAH and ELIZABETH ANKRAH as per the grounds contained in in the accompanying affidavit. The motion is supported by affidavit and exhibits.
