JUDGMENT 1 This is a civil appeal against the final judgment of the District Court, Agbozume dated 29 October 2021 presided over by His Worship Iddrisu Issah, Esq. At the end of the trial, the trial court upheld the Plaintiff’s claims and dismissed the Defendants’ counterclaim.
