ANDREWS MINTAH vs. PRISCILLA BEMPAH.
The petitioner, Andrews Mintah, filed for divorce against the respondent, Priscilla Owusu Bempah, seeking dissolution of their ordinance marriage contracted on 21 March 2017. The parties lived together in Ghana and later in Ireland. The petitioner alleged the respondent behaved in a manner intolerable to cohabitation, including refusal of household duties, public declarations of being single, and separation for over two years. The respondent, through her lawful attorney, did not oppose the divorce and stated she had moved on with her life. Both parties appointed lawful attorneys to represent their interests.
