SOLOMON SACKEY vs. FORMULA O FITNESS & HEALTH CLUB

RULING Introduction: This case of salary arrears was filed by the Complainant, Solomon Sackey against the Respondent, Formula O Fitness and Health Club on 13th July, 2022. Per a letter dated 21st July, 2022 the Commission forwarded a copy of the complaint to the Respondent requesting it to study it and send its written response and any relevant documents to the Commission within fourteen (14) working days on receipt of it. In spite of being served with the said complaint the Respondent refused to file its response as requested, so per a letter dated 25th August, 2022, the Commission sent a reminder to the Respondent and requested it to file its response within seven (7) working days on receipt of it. The Respondent refused to send its response to the Commission in spite of there being evidence that the Respondent received the said reminder.
