JUDGMENT Dr. Poku Adusei, J.A. This is an appeal against an interlocutory decision of the District Court – Agogo, Ashanti. In the main suit, the petitioner/respondent [hereinafter referred to as the respondent) instituted legal action against the respondent/appellant (hereinafter referred to as the appellant) for the following reliefs: (a) An order to compel the respondent to properly dissolve the marriage that exist between the parties according to the Akan Custom.
