JUDGMENT Dr. Poku Adusei, J.A. The plaintiffs, as retired employees of the defendant, took out a writ of summons against the defendant on 14th August 2019 seeking the following reliefs: 1. A declaration that upon a true and proper interpretation of rule 7(b)(iii) of the GUSSS Revised Regulations, the increase in salaries by virtue of implementation of single spine salary structure in 2010 should directly affect the pensions payable to the plaintiffs. 2. A declaration that upon a true and proper interpretation of rule 7(b)(iii) of the GUSSS Revised Instrument, Pensions payable to the plaintiffs must increase at the same rate of salary increase of persons in service (serving at similar ranks). 3.
