RULING On 15th February 2022, the accused persons were arraigned before this Court on six (6) counts of offences involving conspiracy to deceive a public officer and deceiving a public officer, conspiracy to defraud by false pretence and defrauding by false pretence, conspiracy to steal and stealing.
