JUDGMENT This ruling is in respect of an application for Joinder filed by the Plaintiffs/Applicants (hereinafter called “The Applicants”) praying for an order joining HAWKRAD PROPERTIES LIMITED as a Defendant. The application is supported by a 12-paragraph Affidavit dated 14th April 2025. The relevant paragraph reads as follows: 4. That on 13/02/2025, the Defendant/Respondent filed his statement of defence and counter-claim indicating that it is his company, namely; HAWKRAD PROPERTIES LIMITED that has an alleged interest in the land in dispute. 5. That following that revelation, a search conducted at office of the Registrar of Companies revealed that the 1st Defendant/Respondent is the 80% majority shareholder. 6.
