RULING (1) This ruling is in respect of a Motion on Notice to Strike out Pleadings filed by the Defendants/Applicants (hereinafter called “The Applicants”) against the Plaintiffs/Respondents (hereinafter called “The Respondents”). The instant application is supported by a 15-paragraph affidavit dated 19th December 2024 (2) The relevant paragraphs of the Affidavit in Support read as follows: 7.
