JUDGMENT In the instant action, the Plaintiffs commenced the action by a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim against the Defendant on 3rd April 2024. The 1st Plaintiff is suing as the head and lawful representative of Mantse Ankrah Family of Accra and the 2nd Plaintiff is a principal member of the said family. The Plaintiffs aver that the Defendant is a trespasser on the said land and property numbered 914/10 Palace Street, Kaneshie, North Awudome, Accra.
