RULING THE APPLICATION [1] This ruling is in respect of an Application for Committal for Contempt of Court filed by the Applicant against the Respondents. [2] The application is supported by a 14-paragraph affidavit dated 14th August 2024. The relevant paragraphs of the Affidavit read as follows: 2. On 26 March 2024, the High Court sitting at Adentan, Accra delivered Judgment in a Suit numbered C1/330/21 entitled Rolider Ghana Liited v HTG Managed Services Limited (the “First Suit”. Naturally dissatisfied with the Judgment of the First Court, the Applicant on 10 May 2024 commenced in the High Court, Land Division, Accra the Suit entitled HTG Managed Services Limited v Rolider Ghana Limited (“Second Suit”). The Second Suit is numbered LD/0461/2024 and seeks the following reliefs endorsed on the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim attached hereto as Exhibit “HTG”: a.
