RULING [1] This ruling is in respect of a Motion on Notice to Strike out Plaintiff’s Suit for Abuse of Court Processes filed by the 2nd Defendant (hereinafter called “The Applicant”) against the Plaintiff (hereinafter called “The Respondent”). The application is supported by a 16-paragraph Affidavit dated 21st January 2025. [2] The relevant paragraphs of the Affidavit read as follows: 5.
