RULING [1] The Applicant, Mary Naa Koshie Lamptey, filed the instant application for substitution seeking to substitute the deceased Plaintiff, Samuel D. Lamptey. [2] The application is supported by an Affidavit dated 20th March 2025. Paragraphs 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the affidavit in support read as follows: 2. That I am a daughter of the Plainitiff (the late Samuel D. Lamptey). 3. That the Plaintiff herein who hitherto was the Head of Family of the Anoi Lante Family of Onamorkor Adain Family passed away on 17/01/2021. A copy of his Medical Certificate of cause of death is attached and marked as Exhibit NK. 4. That I was made Queen mother of Anoi Lante Family of Onamorkor Adain Family I pray to be substituted for Samuel D. Lamptey, the Plaintiff in this case”.
