RULING A. SUMMARY OF FACTS 1. In his petition to the Commission, the Petitioner (David Kwesi Dionysius) said that on 11 May 2014, he applied for the position of Product Champion at the Respondent's Company (Ecobank EDC). The Petitioner claims despite going through the recruiting process for the position as a Product Champion, he was offered a contract of internship for Six (6) months. 2. The Petitioner says upon the expiration of the six-month initial contract, the Respondent renewed his appointment for another six (6) months and after that, nothing relating to his employment status was addressed by the Respondent until he was relieved of his duties. 3. The Petitioner says upon several attempts to have his salaries paid to him the Respondent failed to pay his salaries from August 2019 to July 2020. The Petitioner says even though he worked full-time for the Respondent, his commissions were subject to the Mon-Tran Commission Formula. 4. The Petitioner says that the...
