RULING INTRODUCTION This is a case of unfair termination put before the Commission. 1.0 COMPLAINANT'S CASE The Complainant submitted that he was employed on September 2019 as a Project Director. He was suspended for three months without salary for an offence he committed in the process of performing his duties. 1.2 Even after pleading and explaining himself to management for consideration, he was Still pressurized to resign after serving the three month’s suspension. A meeting was held days to end of his suspension and was given the option by Management to either resign or his contract will be terminated but he declined the latter. 1.3 Eventually he was served with a termination letter to end the employment relationship. When the parties appeared before the Labour Commission for a preliminary hearing, the Complainant submitted that an incident occurred which he investigated. Following that, the Respondent suspended him and subsequently terminated his appointment on .....
