RULING This is a case of unfair termination. 1.0 COMPLAINANT CASE The Complainant submitted that he worked with the Respondent as operations officer for eight years. His work involved lifting, bending and standing to load liquefied petroleum gas. In the course of his employment, he went to Accra and visited hospital to seek medical attention. He requested for medical form from the Human Resource Manager. 1.1 Upon his return from the hospital he was suspended for two weeks which started on Tuesday 6th September 2022 and ended on 19th September 2022. On 20th September 2022 his appointment was terminated. 1.2 RELIEFS a. Intervention of the Commission in the matter. b.
