JUDGMENT Plaintiff sued the Defendants on 17th October 2014 for the following reliefs: a. A declaration of title on the parcel of land described in the Statement of Claim as All that piece or parcel of land in extent of 0.090 hectare (0.222 acre) more or less situate at Ablekuma in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana which said piece or parcel of land is more particularly delineated and edged pink colour on Survey Plan No.Z14837 annexed to the Certificate. b. Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants, their agents, servants assignees, workmen, grantees privies or by whosoever claiming through them from entering onto the land and interfering in anyway whatsoever with Plaintiff’s land.
