This motion is the sequel to an order made by this court restraining the plaintiff and members of his family from doing anything to change the character of the building by tampering with locks and other fittings of the house. By his affidavit in support, the plaintiff complains that the defendants have taken advantage to do the very thing prohibited of them. The affidavit goes on to make the following complaints:

<span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: "Book Antiqua", serif;">“5. They deny that they were the cause of any tension between them and their sister, Mrs. Abban, and point out that although the order for interim injunction operates against the plaintiff, when recently rain-water seeped through the wooden floor of their father’s room to the room of the first defendant below and she wanted to take remedial steps, they wrote to the plaintiff with regard to the remedial steps, they intended. They complained that it was rather their said sister who, after they had placed a lock on the door of their father’s room under police supervision, unreasonably placed a latch with a padlock above the lock, and that all that the second defendant did was to remove the latch and padlock introduced by Mrs. Abban.
