She also requested that End of Service Benefit and Social Security be paid to her.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:5.0pt;text-align:justify;mso-pagination: none;border:none;mso-padding-alt:31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt;mso-border-shadow: yes"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"; mso-fareast-font-family:"Book Antiqua";mso-bidi-font-family:"Book Antiqua"">The respondent stated that the Complainant vacated her post unceremoniously. As a result, she had breached the contract under the Elim Code of Ethics. Her salary for that month was forfeited. The Commission however informed her that End of Service Benefits had been scrapped by the government.
