DECISION<o:p></o:p>

</div>By his complaint dated 30th
March, 1998 Kate Obazee the Complainant requested for the Commission's
intervention in order for her to retrieve her vehicle and other personal
effects from the respondent.<o:p></o:p>After lodging the complaint the complainant did not pursue the
complaint. In the Commission's efforts to contact her, the Commission learnt
that the complainant has left Ghana for Nigeria.<o:p></o:p>In view of the foregoing, this Commission deems this matter lapsed
in accordance with Regulation 2 (4) of CI No.7 which states that "Where a
complaint with the Commission is not pursued for three months from the date it
is lodged, the complaint shall lapse thereafter.<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>
