DECISION<o:p></o:p>

</div>On 15th July 1999, Madam
Salome Quarshie lodged this complaint on behalf of her son.<o:p></o:p>She alleged that her husband died 11 years ago. Whiles he was
alive, he distributed the rooms in his house to his children. He gave her son.
After the death of the husband, the respondent (who happened to be the eldest
child of the deceased) had rented out her son's rooms and all efforts to get
her son to possess the said rooms have proved futile.<o:p></o:p>The complainant asked for the Commission's intervention for the
release of the rooms in question by the respondent for her son.<o:p></o:p>On his part the respondent
commented that, while his father was alive he gave one room to the
complainant's child and not two rooms as alleged. He was ready to release the
room to the child upon certain conditions.<o:p></o:p>&nbsp;&nbsp; The matter was mediated
by the Commission with the consent of the parties and the&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; following was agreed upon:-<o:p></o:p><ol style="margin-top:0in" start="1" type="1">
