</div>CLAIM:<o:p></o:p>The petitioner seeks the assistance of the Commission to recover a
debt of ¢million.<o:p></o:p>SUMMARY OF COMPLAINT:<o:p></o:p>Petitioners states that respondent borrowed the sum of ¢million in
August to be repaid in 2 weeks’ time. He has since failed to pay the money
despite repeated demands.<o:p></o:p>FINDINGS / OBSERVATIONS:<o:p></o:p>This is a debt recovery case which is better handled by the
regular courts.<o:p></o:p>DECISION / LAW:<o:p></o:p>The Commission exercises its discretion under Section 13 (1) (b)
of Act 456 that having regard to all the circumstances of the case any further
