however when being paid his entitlements an amount of $387, 000.00 was withheld
by respondent being the cost of repairs incurred by the respondent company in
repairing an articulator truck.<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>FINDINGS:<o:p></o:p>Investigations
revealed that Complaint caused an accident at Tema Panalpina, yard. He did not
use the laid down procedure but personally authorised Panalpina to repair the
truck and bill respondent<o:p></o:p>Company.<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>DECISION:<o:p></o:p>

The complainant breached Company procedure
and the surcharge is therefore correct accordingly the complaint is dismissed
for lack</main>
