of storeroom.<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>SUMMARY OF COMPLAINT:<o:p></o:p>Complainant
states that she occupied A. M. A. Land at Neoplan Station. She sublet to
respondent who has now refused to let her have the store back.<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>FINDINGS:<o:p></o:p>At
mediation Commission was informed that respondent she had the developed store
from a ramshackle state to the present level and had expended a lot of money which
must be refunded before surrender. Since January 1999 no further word has been
heard from Complainant.<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>DECISION<o:p></o:p>The
Commission shall cease further investigation in this matter in accordance with<o:p></o:p>S.
(13) (I) of Act 456.<o:p></o:p>
