announcement of increase in lorry fares Drivers resorted to indiscriminate
increase thereby illegally collecting monies from passengers.<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>FINDINGS:<o:p></o:p>Investigation
commenced However the<o:p></o:p>Government came out with approved fares
which were published for the information of general public. This fact was
