stated that his appointment was terminated due to financial problem being faced
by the respondent company. He therefore sought 20% of consolidated annual
salary as repatriation fee in addition to other benefits from the company.<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>OBSERVATION:<o:p></o:p>In the course of investigation Complainant
was invited for discussions at Head Office which he failed to honour in spite
of reminders.<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>
