The Commission, then, was of the view that since the Complainant had slept on his rights for 8 years before bringing his petition, it was not worthwhile raking up the matter.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:5.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent: .95pt;mso-pagination:none;border:none;mso-padding-alt:31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt; mso-border-shadow:yes"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%; font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif";mso-fareast-font-family:"Book Antiqua"; mso-bidi-font-family:"Book Antiqua"">The Complainant petitioned against his redeployment by the Respondent on the ground that it was actuated by malice. He then refused to accept a redeployment benefit of $200,000.00. If he had showed that he had followed up on his complaint, this would have constituted fresh evidence before the Commission which could have necessitated a review.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:5.0pt;text-align:justify;mso-pagination: none;border:none;mso-padding-alt:31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt;mso-border-shadow: yes"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"; mso-fareast-font-family:"Book Antiqua";mso-bidi-font-family:"Book Antiqua"">The Commission in its Act 456 may be precluded from investigating a complaint which is over 12 months old.
