He also stated that on April 13, 2001 he reported sick to the client of the Respondent, whose house he was guarding. The client relayed the message to the Respondent for a replacement. The Respondent warned him that he would be sacked the next time he reported sick because a new security guard should not report sick, frequently. Meanwhile, the Respondent did not take him to the Hospital. A friend of his, seeing the seriousness of his illness, took him in his car to the hospital.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:5.0pt;text-align:justify;mso-pagination: none;border:none;mso-padding-alt:31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt;mso-border-shadow: yes"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"; mso-fareast-font-family:"Book Antiqua";mso-bidi-font-family:"Book Antiqua"">According to the Complainant, he went to the Respondent's office on the next day to pick a hospital form, but he was refused, so he had to go to his private hospital for treatment. Again, both parties were invited for a discussion on the matter on the 25th October 2001, but rather unfortunately none of them was present.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:5.0pt;text-align:justify;mso-pagination: none;border:none;mso-padding-alt:31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt;mso-border-shadow: yes"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"; mso-fareast-font-family:"Book Antiqua";mso-bidi-font-family:"Book Antiqua"">Moreover, on the 10th March 2004, the Commission invited the Complainant for a discussion on the matter.
