According to the Complainant the Respondent under took a renovation exercised after which all the employees were asked to re-apply for reinstatement at their head office. Complainant further alleged that he was recommended by one Mr. Banor at the head office to be reinstated under the new management, which was headed by Mr. Robert Taylor. The Complainant also alleged that Mr. Amaniapong, the one who took over from Mr. Robert Taylor, on Monday 5th January 2004 instructed that they hand over all their working materials to their supervisor and thereby consider themselves dismissed.
