After the Summons for Directions and Additional Issues had been settled, reference page 16 of the appeal record, Counsel for the Defendant then initiated an application seeking to join one KWABENA NKETIA, the Lawful Attorney of MRS. SARA QUIST to the Suit as a 2nd Defendant. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:2.25pt;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:107%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">The High Court on 30th March, 1992 accordingly joined the said KWABENA NKETIA to the suit as a 2nd Defendant.
