Member of NLC, chaired the hearing. <o:p></o:p>At the first meeting,
Chairman ruled that the fourth relief which is End-of-Service benefit was not
applicable since it was frozen by the social partners in industrial relations
in 1990. <o:p></o:p>Even though termination
was not part of the reliefs sought, it was brought in by the Complainants. It was seen that the
termination was lawful. <o:p></o:p>The second hearing was
on Thursday, 29 April, 2010. The Counsel for the Complainants, J. A.
Larkai, Esq. was present. <o:p></o:p>The third hearing was on
Monday, 17 May, 2010. Respondent was joined by Mr. Alex Frimpong, Chief
Executive Officer of Ghana Employers' Association. <o:p></o:p>At this hearing, it was
agreed to invite the General Secretary of the Union that operates at the enterprise,
to inform the Commission as regards hours of work, with particular reference to
