the petition filed by Daniel K. Ahenkorah (hereinafter called the Petitioner) against
Kingsby Hotel (hereinafter called the Respondent) on September 9. 2008 and the Respondent's
submissions of October 15, 2008: <o:p></o:p>Considering Sections 138 and 139 of the Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651)
on the functions and powers
of the National Labour Commission: <o:p></o:p>Having examined the written submissions of the Petitioner
and the Respondent, and allowed

In 2005, when stock was taken, it revealed that there were shortages amounting
to one thousand and four hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢1,400.00). That his account
