It gave a contract for Consultancy Services to Arch-Design Consult and that under<o:p></o:p>General Provisions 1.2 of the contract, with the heading “Relation Between the Parties", which states as follows:<o:p></o:p>"Nothing contained herein shall be construed as establishing a relationship of master and servant or of agent and principal as between the Client and the Consultants. The Consultants, subject to this Contract, have complete charge of Personnel performing the Services and shall be fully responsible for the services performed by them or on their behalf hereunder".<o:p></o:p>2. Arch-Design Consultant offered employment to the Petitioners and GETFUND is not a party to it. An example is a letter dated December 2, 2002 to Mr. Edmund Kwame Ofosu with the heading “Appointment Letter".<o:p></o:p>3.
