She submitted that prior to her dismissal, she was asked to proceed on leave following her complaint of sexual harassment by the National Sales Manager, Mr. Simran Oberoi.<o:p></o:p>The Petitioner also submitted that the Respondent's National Sales Manager sexually harassed her by verbally expressing interest in her, calling her late in the night and inviting her to go to night club with him. She contended that she refused to accept his proposals and in the result, he resorted to public intimidation of her and verbal abuse.<o:p></o:p>Th
