The Petitioner submits that he was employed by the Forestry Department around September, 1996, now Forestry Services at Jasikan in the Volta Region and redeployed by a letter, with effect from the end of September, 1999.<o:p></o:p>&nbsp;<o:p></o:p>B. The Petitioner also submits that his colleagues, who were as well redeploved, were offered training in the universities and other trades, which was denied him.<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>C. The Petitioner submits further that it was his right to be part of the training<o:p></o:p>package therefore he wanted to be trained in poultry farming.<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>D. In its reply, the Respondent submits that the training package was announced<o:p></o:p>immediately after the redeployment and over one thousand people out of two thousand people, turned up for registration.<o:p></o:p>&nbsp;<o:p></o:p>E.
