The Defendants are the Administratrixes and Administrators of the Estate of the Late Kojo Amoah. They aver that their late mother who was the uterine sister of the Late Kojo Amoah died when the first Plaintiff was about ten years old and the second plaintiff six years old.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif";mso-fareast-font-family:Arial; mso-bidi-font-family:Arial"><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif";mso-fareast-font-family:Arial; mso-bidi-font-family:Arial">They go on to aver that on the death of their mother, the late Kojo Amoah customarily adopted them and brought them to live with him at Fadama, Accra. They claim that they lived with the deceased and served him in all capacities as done to a father and he in turn took care of them in the manner expected of a father. They stayed with him in H/No.B455/21 North Kaneshie. The late Kojo Amoah saw them through school and sent the 1<sup>st</sup> Plaintiff to EMIT Electronics School, in Accra. After 2 years at EMIT School, the late Kojo Amoah made him stop school due to some financial difficulties he was encountering and asked him to join and assist him in his business of trading in traditional medicines. He therefor
