font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif""><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif";mso-bidi-font-family:Tahoma">On the same 27-05-2010, the applicant filed an application on notice for interlocutory injunction for an order to restrain the respondents, their agents, servants, workmen and privies from entering or demolishing the property in dispute in any manner whatsoever pending the hearing and final determination of the substantive suit.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif";mso-bidi-font-family:Tahoma">All the respondents were served with both the substantive motion and the motion for interlocutory injunction the same day but none of them has responded to any of the motions. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif";mso-bidi-font-family:Tahoma">The case of the applicant is that it acquired a parcel of land sometime in June, 1992 and constructed a bonded ware house, X pert security control and other allied facilities after acquiring all relevant legal documents from the appropriate authorities namely, the Land Title Registry, Town and Country Planning Department, Accra Metropolitan Assembly and the Environmental Protection Agency.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;
