It is against this Court of Appeal decision that the accused persons have appealed to this Court on the 11<sup>th</sup> day of December 2008.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: 115%"><b><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif";mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma">GROUNDS OF APPEAL<o:p></o:p></span></b></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: 115%"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"; mso-bidi-font-family:Tahoma">1.
