The Appellant filed a petition of appeal against both conviction and sentence. The 4th Accused person was also at large. The pleas of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Accused persons were taken and all of them pleaded guilty with explanation. The trial Court came to the conclusion that the cxplanations offered by the three accused persons amounted to plea of guilty and therefore convicted and sentenced them. The 1st accused person was sentenced to twenty-five (25) years I.H.L. on cach count and were to run concurrently.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:5.0pt;text-align:justify;mso-pagination: none;border:n
