Counsel for the applicants attached the Powers of Attorney granted to the done as in proper.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif""><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">Before I go into the issues on the Powers of Attorney, I would like to tackle the matter raised in paragraph 6 of the applicants’ affidavit. It states:<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif""><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">“That in view of ruling of this Honourable Court, processes filed and acts done by Mr. Ransford Opoku in this suit should be struck out and <u>the plaintiffs ordered to engage a lawyer.” </u> (emphasis mine)<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif""><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">I wish to state that it is not in such matters that a court would give a party a lawyer.
